Description

A very rare opportunity to own a peice of motorcycle art and history - the original MV Agusta 750 Senna - this is number 89 or 300I've owned this bike from new and have the original order and all paperwork since ordering the bike including the original V5 issued. all MoT's. receipts. etc. etc also the bike was registered with "MV02AUG" which is included in the sale as its always been registered as that. This is one of only 27 genuine UK bikes. there was originally 35 destined for the UK. but from what I understand only 27 of the original 35 orders got fulfilled. mine was number 20 on the importers list at the time. the bike number is 89 out of the 300 made. The bike has been used. as it should. and has covered 11. 38 faultless miles. it has been maintained to the highest standards regardless of cost and has been checked and had its oil and filter changed every year whether its done any miles or not. The shims and engine had a full check over at 9. 38. ironically exactly 2000 miles ago - but that was in 2006. so as you can see its only covered that mileage in 8 years. during my ownership I have made several upgrades/improvements to the bike. all of which can be reversed if you want the bike to be as per MV intended. The bike comes with lots and lots of extras (lots of CRC carbon fibre) and a few performance upgrades. however. all of the original parts have been retained and will come with the bike. the bike has also been featured in a good number of bike mags over the years and I have a copy of each magazine and these will come with the bike as well. as will all of the original extras that came with the bike including the owners handbook. service manual. bike cover. rear stand. handle bar covers. RG3 exhausts. RG3 chip. 1 spare rear sprocket and 1 spare front sprocket. 2 keys. an MV bag and probably a few other bits and bobs that escape me at this time. I do not intend listing out the original specification as you either know what one of these are. or you don't. besides. its details can be easily looked up on google etc. or message me if you want itTo get into the nitty gritty. the following additional parts/upgrades have been done to the bike;1 x pair of Marchensini Forged Magnesium wheels - these cost in excess of £2000 at the time of purchase3 x "braking" wavy disks 1 x CRC carbon fibre front mudguard1 x pair of CRC carbon fibre electrical covers1 x pair of CRC carbon fibre air ducts1 x pair of CRC carbon fibre tank/seat side panels1 x pair of CRC carbin fibre tank ears/covers1 x CRC carbon fibre key guard1 x carbon fibre fairing V peice1 x CRC carbon fibre chain guard1 x carbon fibre rear hugger1 x CRC carbon fibre exhaust heel heat shield1 x dynojet system - tuned and set up on dyno1 x "yellow box" for adjusting the speedo reading if you change the sprocket ratios etc - it corrects the  speedo etc for the new gearing1 x alcantara covered seat in red inc rear pad1 x quick fill fuel capOne off dial for rev counter showing "Senna" and no 89 - see picture 4Various polished engine casings and partsRelocated rear brake reservior to stop overheating and brake fadeSide stand cut out switch modification to stop engine cutting out if put in gearAll of the original parts that where replaced come with the bike - see photo's 10. 11 and 12. most are as new. especially since I swapped a good number of them within the first few weeks of the bike arriving. the original wheels have had the rims polished as the original bike I saw at the NEC had them polished. but when the bike arrived the silver was paint and not polsihed. so I made it what it should beI have ridden the bike all over Europe and even been round the Nurburgring on it - only twice though as that was enough for me. it has never given me an ounce of trouble. it has been 100% reliableThe bike is in stunning condition. but since I have ridden it (how many owners of one can say that). it does have the odd very small blemish. but you'll be hard pushed to find them !Also. the bike comes with a load of servicing parts including shims. rocker cover gaskets and seals. rear hub bearings. seals etcThe bike of course is data-tagged and also has a Veto datatool alarm. it has the original 2 keys and the 2 alarm fobs. although one of them needs new batteries as they are flat. I have the paperwork and transfer forms for these 2 items to change over to the new owner if requiredThe bike has no MoT at the moment. but I can put one on it if required. the tax run out in September. In addition the bike has a optimate charger that will come with it and also the original rear stand and an expensive front stand. which will also come with it. Viewing is highly recommended and welcomed. please no tyre kickers or dreamers. I am a busy man. the bike can be seen at any time of day or night (within reason). no test rides though. not unless you happen to carry a large amount of cash with you - e. g. the full asking price !If any international purchasers are interested then I will be happy to assist with any courier/transportation companies if required to make sure the bike is transported safely. of course all costs associated with this are purely the purchasers responsibility. Sale will be by way of bank transfer. cheque or even cash. although the latter you need to discuss with me. the bike will NOT be released until full payment has cleared. I am open to discussion and sensible offersI may consider part exchange for a Brutale or possibly other bikes like a blade etc. of course with cash adjustment - WHYPlease contact me via ebay if you want more details. or call me on 07881 812660
