Ex Museum 1958 Motobecane Galet Mobylette Velosolex French Classic Moped

The Rarest of the Rare Motobecane/Mobylette Galet The Moped with the gear Stick ( only the French could come up with this)  in good presentable Condition. It was restored 20 yrs ago and placed on Display at a Museum in LeMans . from where I bought it about 3 yrs ago. It is most probably the most original Galet you are likely to come across. when it was painted. not very well  the museum used the original paint. which is still in good condition. nbsp; The motor runs sweetly and starts by pushing down on the pedal. first time every time. and is 100% ready to ride away. Once started you pull back on the gear stick and away you go. when you want to stop just push  forward on the lever and it  engages neutral. t coudn. be simpler Included is the original panniers  I am downsizing my collection so will be listing more in the future. please rember to check out the photo. with this one you can use as is with no problems. or could be a very easy restoration for the Winter Months. I do have the lefthand side engine panel. but removed it for the photo of the engine
