hartford 125 Field Bike Project V5

Hi ThereThis is a field bike by son and his mates have been riding across the fields - its a Hartford 125 (Suzuzi made under licence) it was my brother in laws and used it for work but it failed an MOT and he didnt want it - then my son had big ideas of getting it road legal - but the field was too tempting. Its a good little bike and a potential project - I have the V5 in my name . Just dont want to send it to the tip if someone can do something with it. Cheers Sam
