NEVAL Dnieper Dnepr Ural 650cc bike with sidecar, military style, reverse gear

This is a private sale of a bike which I have owned for almost 10 years. Reluctant sale. I will be as honest as I can with the description. please note my near 10. 00  feedback score with no neutrals or negatives. I purchased the bike from a friend in 2005. it was painted black.  I have the V5C. its registered as a 650cc Neval. The model is Dnieper 11 Bike was made in 1989 and last used/taxed in 1993. so only had four years use. speedo says about 15. 00 klm which is aprox 10. 00 miles. After purchasing it. I fitted 3 new Avon sidecar tyres. these have not had any use and are as new. I painted all the bike in Army green paint. the rear wheel did not get painted. and has flaking chrome. but is very solid. This bike will need a few days tinkering before use. it does not have any silencers. any aftermarket universal ones could be fitted. I have the leg shields and sidecar cover. the rear lens and one indicator lens need replacing. never used the bike due to the carbs needing sorting. it does start and run. but its not happy. and sometimes needs tickling to get it to run evenly. I would suggest fitting better quality japanese carbs. Most of the lights work indicators did work. but do not at the moment for some reasonI have ridden it around my garden. it drives well. gears are ok. and the reverse gear works as it shouldWish I had time/knowledge to sort the carbs. as this outfit would be good fun to use as a winter bike. it certainly gets lots of attention and questions from visitors.
