Yamaha R6 modified complete 2003-2005 5sl engine and gear box fitted running at 162mph. This bike had a complete strip down to frame rebuild. it rides like a new bike and is outstanding in terms of performance and handling. This is a PROPER CONVERSION!!The bike has had a huge amount of GENUINE YAMAHA extras along with private registration and spares which i will include in the sale. The Bike Yamaha R6 5EB:Original purchase from Yamaha Dealer in 2009 by myself. the engine had a faulty hydraulic tensioner and i paid ??1300 for this bike as a non runner. All the engine parts were stripped and repaired. there is a full and extensive list in the extras. I decided to modify and fit a newer engine to gain performance. it was a 2003-2005 complete engine gearbox etc that i modified to fit into the existing 5EB frame without any modification to the original 5eb frame. NOTE: the 5sl engine etc will bolt back into a 5sl frame if you want to fit the original 5eb engine. that way you can sell the 5sl unit and make a profit. A LOT OF BIKE FOR THE RESERVE I HAVE PUT ON HEREAny bad bits i can think of:i did intend complete respray and new decals. however i have decided to sell instead and get something else. so it has a few dinks and age related scratches and i do have a paint stick for this bike so you can touch it up if you so wish to. one of the lower yamaha decals slight peel well i have new ones you can have to change them if you wish to. slight fade on tank badges i have brand new ones if you wish to fit them. oil light sometimes comes on saying low. it is not low at all. simple fix just bolt the other sender from 5eb engine to sump instead. it never bothered me so change it if you wish to i have included the part. All together an absolutely breath taking machine. the sound and performance of this is awesome. The engine is not registered fitted to bike so swap them over and sell one if you wish.
