BSA Star Twin 1952 with matching numbers. been standing for a few years. nbsp; I have had it running. but. it just likes to tick over. it won't rev up. carb problems I would think. it's in sound condition but. is in need of cosmetic attention. or. you could just get it running properly and use it as it is. nbsp; please study the pictures it isn't the prettiest. nbsp; and will need a good looking at and service at least before putting back on the road. therefore it is being sold as a project.
There are a quite a few mots tax discs and receipts also some magazines from 1952. that will go with the bike. nbsp; I can see that in 2005 it had pistons valves and guides and since then it has done approx. 4000 mls. nbsp; the chap I bought it off couldn't ride or even kick it over anymore due to a bad back problem.
