This is my pride and joy bike - I've owned it for almost 8 years and its been totally dependable - for a fair amount of that time it was my only transport as well as my weekend ride.  I've done one European trip on it (Stelvio Pass in 2009) and lots of UK miles - it is a dream of a bike to ride. I'm including lots of extras that I've built up over the years so that this has to be one of the most comprehensive packages available for this iconic bike. with an amazing box file of history and supporting literature:Colour = Silver metallic (the same colour that Ewan and Charlie rode round the World - it even started life from the same Park Lane dealership that theirs came from)2003 model with 40. 00 miles (although. My bike is 11 years old and therefore is not in showroom condition - that said. it is in really lovely condition for its age and has been well looked after.  It has some of the usual oxidation to the front forks an rear wheel hub. otherwise the rest is in good order and/or has been refinished

I'm a private seller. not a dealer. so the bike is sold as seen without any warranty - I'm happy for anyone to view it prior to buying.  I can also arrange for an independent inspection (at your cost - added to selling price) by Jim Hill - a local BMW specialist held in high regard on the 'ukgser' forum - who has serviced the bike in the past

Genuine reason for selling - and I know I'll never get another bike like this so I'll be truly sad to see it go
