1974 MORINI 175.

    I am offering for sale from my nearly 30 year collection of Italian motorcycles this 1954 MORINI 175 Turismo. It was my original intention to fully restore it but I have too many projects and not enough time. The bike needs paint and chrome.   The engine is good with a rebore and brand new piston (will need breaking in for a bit).

    Good running and riding condition. 175cc overhead valve 4 stroke. 4 speed.

    All the hard to find stuff is new. New correct Radaelli rims and zinc plated spokes. New correct size hard to find tires. New tubes. Complete new exhaust system. New battery. chain and petcocks. New grips. foot-peg rubbers. headlamp rim and tail light. The gas tank is in primer and has one small dent.

    Clear California title in my name. Speedo reads 17907 kms (approx. 11156 miles) but this may or may not be the original miles as the bike is 60 years old!!

    GIRO eligible. A suitable candidate to "Giro" style events and a good opportunity for someone on a budget that can take over from here.

    My very fair reserve price represents approx the cost of what I have invested so far. These early Morinis are becoming hard to find in decent condition.
