1972 RICKMAN ZUNDAPP 125 Metisse

This 1972 Rickman Zundapp starts easily and runs good.  The clutch drags a bit in gear sitting still.  I did not change the gear oil but I did check it before I started it.  I drove it and shifted through all the gears.  From what I see the gas tank looks better on the inside than the outside but It's hard to see the bottom all the way back.  The packing in the fuel valve is bad and I didn't even try putting gas in the tank.  I used a small tank strapped to the handlebars for running and testing.  I didn't notice any damage to the frame.  This bike would make a nice easy restoration finding the front and rear fender and removing the dents from the underside of the exhaust.  The tank looks bad but it's not dented and the inside looks good as far as I can see.  The shape of the tank prohibits me from seeing the very bottom.   This bike does not have a title being an off road only bike.
