B. this bike is located in Malaga. Spain. and is SPANISH registered/ supplied.  It is exactly the same model as supplied in the UK by Rieju. Spain ( Girona). ( Rieju is owned by Piaggio / Vespa. etc )You can ride up to a 125cc bike on a normal car licence in Spain and no bike test is required.  no requirement to display 'L' plates either. you must have held a car licence a minimum of 3 years.  In other words there is no legal requirement for you to have passed any motorcycle test but you must have held a full car licence for a minimum of 3 years. Alternatively. if you have no car licence then you must have passed the correct motorcycle test appropriate to the cycle. This is the reason the 125cc bikes are in demand in Spain and are also the cheapest to insure. 'LineaDirecta'     ( Direct Line Spain) will insure 125cc bikes from 80 euros per year . check online !  In Spain it is the bike /car that is insured NOT the driver.            The bike has the Yamaha derived 4 stroke air cooled engine which is just about bulletproof. The bikes  have an exceptional build quality. They have both front and rear disc brakes. dual piston calipers and mono shock rear suspension.  The bike is fully registered to myself and all the documents / papers are in my name.  I purchased it with the full intention of using it for myself  but my plans have changed. hence it is for sale.  It has covered some 700 miles from new ( the speedo is in KMs  . around 1100 kms). They are excellent for on and off road use. for road. trial. cross. enduro. supermotard. etc.  They are an easy ride around town.   There are a host of extras ( add-ons) that can be bought which don't affect the insurance rating of the bike. all of which  are freely available online. There is also a full tyre option for them if only road use is required. The Rieju is finished in white with black trim and the condition is 'as new'. It is both unmarked and undamaged. No scratches. dings. marks. scuffs. nothing. The tyres are as new. It is always garaged or kept off road.   It also  has the remainder of the manufacturers warranty with it until APRIL 2016. The distributor of Rieju in Malaga. Spain is 'El Motorista' . Avenida. de la Aurora. 71.  The bike was supplied by  'Pacomoto'.  Explanada de la Estacion. 20. Velez Malaga. Malaga. and they have carried out the servicing of the bike. They are Rieju agents. The first service was carried out on the 8. 9. 2014 by the supplying dealer at just 488 kms. The next next service is due at 3500kms. The average  cost of a service in Spain is around 30 to 50 euros.  The values of secondhand cars and bikes are far higher than in the UK as they depreciate at a far lesser rate. The bike is fully Spanish registered but it could be re-registered in the UK for only a few pounds. Secondhand bikes/cars  are very rarely available as the Spanish tend to buy them and then keep them until they drop. Likewise. they very rarely service anything either. This one has never been Spanish owned and it has been serviced. It is in 'showroom' condition. The cost brand new in the UK  is around the ?2300 to ?2400 mark. around the same as in Spain. To all intents and purposes it is a 'new' bike as the first person to view it will conclude.  The difference being you can save yourself  a pocketful  of cash off the new price.  The bike will make an excellent purchase for someone and represents good value for money. 6/ 7 year old 'Tangos' are still selling  at 1400 to 1700 euros . and they will be well used and abused . check the Spanish websites !  . IMPORTANT BITS. To buy a Spanish registered car or bike you must be able to provide the documents required to enable a transfer to take place into you name.  It is a legal requisite in Spain and there is no way around it. The documents that are required are a copy of your passport.  your NIE number and an original copy of your empadron ( obtained from your local town hall where you are resident in Spain). Sometimes a rental agreement or escritura may be accepted. The empadron must have been issued within the last 3 months or a new one is required.   Residents and non-residents of Spain can purchase vehicles. If you cannot produce these documents then you cannot purchase the bike.  I will undertake the transfer on behalf of any purchaser as it can be daunting if you unaware of the system and it can be complicated.  The transfer will be made with a registered gestor / asesor who is legal representative .  You can undertake the procedure yourself at 'Trafico' in Malaga but it is not for the faint hearted and you need to set aside a full day. The full cost of the legal transfer into your name is approx ?140. this includes the transfer fees. taxes payable ( 4% of the value of the Governments value of the bike for taxation purposes) and gestors fee.   I can assure you this is cheap given the fact the bike is less than 1 year old. so. please allow for this fee as the 'buyer' pays it. The bike is located and collection can be made from my home address which is around 35 minutes from Malaga International  airport or 20 minutes from Malaga city centre . Free secure storage isn't a problem if you wish to collect at a later date. I can also collect from Malaga centre. train station or Malaga airport if required.   You can also arrange a courier collection if you wish and I will accommodate the pick up and provide photographs. I can assist with transport arrangements with Spanish couriers or sites such as 'loadup' who utilise the space on vans/lorries transporting across  Spain and Europe. I would anticipate around 100 to 200 euros if transport across Spain were required. I will require an immediate deposit of ?250 via Paypal or bank transfer on agreement of sale  The bike will remain on sale until this has been achieved. I won't accept Paypal for the full payment due to the charges. I will accept bank transfers to either my UK or Spanish account or cash. I will accept sterling or euros at the XE daily exchange rate.
