It’s an old restoration. the paint work is a good hard finish and has no chips or rust coming through. The silver and chrome is unrestored and touched up here and there as seen in the photos. It has a long MOT. starts and runs well.
It is as original except the electrics and switches which have been converted to battery rather than direct for horn and lighting. It also has had a 3mm plate bolted inside the front bottom of the centre section pressing to reinforce a weak section of a welded bracket. Some of the bolt heads can be seen outside.
The only fault is that the gearbox needs attention as it drops out of top gear now and then unless the selector is held down. Though functional. the speedo cable could be replaced as the bottom nut is cracked.
