Electric Scooter Moped less than 1 mile on clock Paddock bike possibly

This auction is for an Electric Scooter. It is approx. couple of years old. it has never been registered or used with just 8 tenths of a mile on the clock. I bought it off a friend who has had it in his garage since new and never used it. Since buying it I have cleaned it and charged it up. I have only been  up and down my lawn to confirm it goes and stops. Everything works as it should. front brake is hydraulic disc brake. The bike is as new except for a few scratches which a not that noticeable.

The bike includes 2 keys and its charger and instruction booklet.
