Cb 100n spares or repairs

I have had this sat around for nealy a year had it of a friend to help out its has no mot or tax it does have marks and rust and it will not ride away I have not had it running but did hear it run once at my mates it's had loads of new parts fitted New piston ana reboreNew tyres and tubesNew battery ( still seems to hold charge)New cablesCoilPoints and condenserNew seat coverSpark plugOil changeChain and sprocketsNew rear mud guardAnd some more odd bitsYou can also have a rack and top box that came with it not the bestI think it wants a new carb I'm not going to do anything withit so it's time to go Needs picking up van or trailer   ( cash on pick up only ) no posting You can ring me after 10am  07801730026
