Peugeot Speedfight 3 spairs or repairs

Peugeot Speedfight 3 Been sitting under a cover for far to long as i haven't used it in about a year and haven't had the time to get it fixed and sold. I tried to get the bike starting about a month ago sounded like it was about to start but couldn't get it going. Got hold of a new battery and this did not help and i have no clue whats wrong with it. Apart from some rust on the exhaust out side of the bike looks fine small marks nothing major as you can see from the photos. its a real shame it doesn't start anymore or i wouldn't be selling it seems a waste leaving it just sitting there.  It's an great scooter if you want to get one cheap and repair or even if you need it for parts. message me with any questions what you see is what you get.  Happy Bidding!
