Piaggio Vespa Ape 50 1980 business or restoration project

Here we have a genuine. rare classic 1980 Piaggio Ape P 50cc (the 1980 P50 very hard to get hold of in this condition) recently shipped from Italy with original documents present. it is also has a customs and excise NOVA certificate.  We were told it was running and in daily use up until 18months ago. it hasn't been started since hence the rear brakes seized. it needs a little bit of work to get going. part or complete restoration and some tlc. quite often these are stripped down. restored and set up for events with no engine. its easily towed or transported to events.  Can be ridden on just a CBT test with a provisional license so 16 years of age minimum. Great vehicle for a business. coffee. hot/cold food etc. these are becoming very popular. Would be a nice project for part or complete restoration.
