Piaggio Vespa ET4 125cc. Registered 2000 W plate. 2 previous owners. V5. owners manual and both sets of keys including red key and code card.

Suffered from kick start failure and garage stored since. Engine turns over but will not fire.
Battery dead. exhaust rusty. patch of rust on LHS front. scratched LHS panel. No visible dents or damage.
