2000 Vespa et2 Scooter with just under 20. 00 miles on the clock. This bike does not start or run at the moment. The engine doesn't appear to be seized. it may well start with a bit of attention but is being sold as a non runner for spares or repair. Structurally the bike seems sound. although it has not had a full inspection by a qualified mechanic. The V5 is present. and there is one key with the bike.
