2004 PIAGGIO BLUE for parts or repair

Hi selling my scooter Piaggio X9 250 BLUE for parts or repair. just let you know what happen It's was riding nice and smooth but one day when I went to Bridgwater and it let me down. so something wrong with starter wont start the Engine. so I get it to the garage they took off the starter is working fine so there some part inside the engine must be changed as it not catching a gear to start it. So they charge me 50?? for their time as they won't do it as there loads of work to get that sorted. so maybe if you are good mechanic in scooters and have free time you could fix it if not some one can have it for pats. It is nice to ride on it but for me it is too expensive to fix it and it also has two new tyres and all was good just fuel gauge not working but everything was fine so just send me an offer don't know what price to ask but it must go.  some parts not fitted as garage want to charge more ?? for fitting and I leave as it is.
