I bought this Puch Maxi from well respected journalist the late Peter Fraser. who had ridden this to the top of Mt Snowdon in the '80s as part of a Puch publicity stunt. The bike is being sold as a non runner although I have had it running many years ago so there's not much wrong with it. The fuel in it is pre-ethanol so the carb should be reasonable. Bike has 20 years of dust on it but I have cleaned a part of the fuel tank to reveal the paint which looks OK. Paint on cast wheels is bubbled up. rust spots on chrome. Last tax expired 1993. so it's 22 years since it was used. This could be restored fairly inexpensively and I believe everything is there.
