Puch VS50D Moped first registerd 24th December 1974 . I'm sure someone had agreat xmas. and now you can too. /p>

At some point in its life someone has tried to restore this bike . not very well . I bought it in a moment of nostalgia as it is the same model as when I was a 13 year old working Saturdays in a motorbike shop I bought in lieu of wages. with the intent of getting it mint and displaying it at the "Woodvale Rally" annual show of cars bikes steam engines etc but I really haven't time. I had it MOT'd and it only needed a couple of small jobs to be roadworthy again so I did them. it has been laid up since 30-11-82 when tax disc expired. the guy I bought it from 60 plus year old . told me it was his friends bike who had had it from 1977 and was unable to ride . oping to get better but years later has accepted he never will and sold it to the guy I bought it off.

I dont have the keys to the little toolboxes or steering lock. it doesn't need a key to start. it runs ok but I think the carb overfuels a bit. got new chain and sprockets and rear footrests. Iv'e ridden it at 45mph I think it would do 55 with a tail wind gets lots of people looking as you ride around the town and loads when you park up. It really needs someone who could spend the time to bring it back to mint condition .
