1937 Royal Enfield Model S. 250 OHV. V5C Present. Good Runner. Vintage Original

For sale here is a 1937 Royal Enfield model S. This is a 250cc overhead valve single. The bike has its V5C present and is on an age related none transferable reg. The bike is tax and MOT exempt. This machine is very scruffy / original. in fact it looks like its never been restored or even been to bits. which makes it doubly attractive to me. The bike has original levers. flat glass headlamp. original seats. switches etc etc. Very very authentic. Its rigid rear end and pressed steel girders up front. so theres nothing to go wrong either at the back or the front. The bike is coil ignition. It starts really easily first or second kick every time. and runs really well. Very quiet engine. nice puller. charging strongly. These bikes. are low. light. under-stressed and simple to maintain. In fact this bike has been giving good service for nearly 80 years now and is still going. so I think that this was good value for money. They are a simple bike. but are fine for local runs or tootling around the village on. Buy this if your not in a rush and you. l love it. Yes. this could be restored up to pristine show condition. but then it would be just another ornament not in use wouldn. it.
