Royal Enfield Bullet 500 Sixty FiveCustomFor sale is my Royal Enfield Bullet Sixty Five. I bought this in Feb 2014 and since then have modified the bike into a custom bobber/ cafer racer as seen in the pictures. Here are the good points. the following is a list of mods that I have done. new fuel tank (Harley Davidson). custom mudguards front and rear. New exhaust and 1950's style silencer. carb cleaned. re-jetted and fitted with S&B filter. New Lith Ion battery. Leather satchels (made by myself) which hold the battery and electronics (indicator relay etc). Cafe racer style handlebars with all switch gear removed and replaced with micro switches. new wiring loom as the old one was terrible. 1950's style handlebar controls. Brooks leather grips and saddle. New Dunlop K81 tyres front and back and mini LED indicators. Bad points are as follows. the bike really needs a proper paint job to complete. At the moment its just brushed steel with clear Lacquer spray. I wasn't sure at the time what colour to go for. so that's why its been left like this and small chips have started showing through on the tank. The electrics also need to be organised in the leather satchel as at the moment they are just loosely curled in. it hasn't effected the bike being like this but I'm being honest and if I was keeping her I would get this sorted. The micro switches (indicators. horn and high/main beam) are on the headlight casket which will not be to everyones taste (see photo) the kill switch and engine start are hidden on one of the satchels. Please see photosI've covered almost 200 miles since the rebuild and have loved every minute. Its a good. nbsp;fun bike to ride and something a bit different to the normal crowd. That said it it certainly doesn't stop like a modern sports bike as its drum brakes front and back. just make sure you give yourself plenty of room! The winning bidder will pay ??100 deposit by Paypal. the rest cash on collection. No price negotiations when you collect either. Sorry no overseas buyers. Any questions or to arrange viewing please message me. The auction will run to the end and the bike is advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to remove the listing if it sells. Thanks for viewing. Nick
