The bike is what is called the AVL version. Depending on who you ask that can be good or bad. All Enfields have their strengths and weaknesses. They are not manufactured to Japanese or European standards for fit and finish. That being said . there is nothing wrong with any of these bikes and they are a blast to ride. I have had and do have several bikes and I can honestly say this one is one of the funnest bikes I have ever owned. Feels like an old BSA B33 but without alot of the headaches that come with 60 year old bikes. You cant get in a hurry on one of these. They really dont need to be ridden above 65 for long periods of time. But thats part of the fun and charm of these bikes. Slow down and enjoy the ride! The sprung saddle and the rear shocks give it a great ride. It really handles well in the curves and does great in gravel to boot. As long as you know the limitations of the bikes and what to expect. You will not be disappointed and will be pleasantly surprised. The bike has been well taken care of and shows nicely. There are a few flaws in the paint and in the chrome but nothing major. Most issues can be seen in the pictures. The chrome on the tank is a bit dull around the badges and the headpipe and muffler have a few dull spots as well. The paint has a stray chip and a scratch here and there. These add to the charm. If its perfect youre afraid youll mess it up. right? Ride this thing and enjoy it. The lights and blinkers work as they should. The neutral light doesnt work. but I dont need a light to tell me Im in neutral. There was an issue with the wiring under the tank that the previous owner had Blue Moon Cycles resolve for him. I have had no issues and have had nothing but good luck with the bike. It does have the side stand and centerstand. The tires have tons of tread left on them. I do have some extra rubber bits and a set of Enfield saddle bags that will go with the bike. All in all I cant think of anything it needs. I keep it on a battery tender and she starts every time I need it to. I recently changed the engine oil and the gearbox oil as well. Should be ready to go for a while. Maintenance is easy and parts are dirt cheap for these bikes. They have quite a cult following and a great deal of aftermarket suppliers out there. The bike is nice but not perfect . It is a used bike and is sold as is. where is. ? I have tried to take plenty of pictures of the bike to show all aspects of it. I dont want there to be any surprises . So please look at all the pictures closely. ? Please ask any and all questions before you bid. I will not be responsible for something that I may have overlooked and you didnt ask about. A local inspection before you bid is welcomed and recommended. ? Also. please have the funds available to complete the transaction. ? I am listing this with everything I know about the bike up front and I am not trying to hide anything. There is a clear Tn title for the bike in my name. Shipping is the buyers responsibility. but I will work with the shipper of your choice in any way possible. Payment due by cash in person or cashiers check only. Full payment due within 5 days and $500 deposit due within 12 hours of auctions end. No exceptions. Also. please contact me within 12 hours of winning bid to make arrangements for remainder payment. ? Failure to do so will result in a nonpaying bidder case started and the bike will be sold to the next highest bidder. All funds must clear the bank prior to bike and title being released. The title leaves when the bike does. it can be mailed the day the bike is picked up or sent with the shipper. thats your choice. The bike must be picked up within 3 weeks of auctions end or storage fees will apply. Please have an idea of the shipping cost and who youre going to use before you bid if you plan on having the bike? shipped. ? View on YouTube
