1975 Suzuki GT550 Two Stroke triple Cafe Racer Custom

This cafe has been put together meticulously. and ALL work has been performed by professionals. This bike was Suzuki's 2-stroke. triple (Yes. 3 cylinder) super-bike of the 70's. It fires up instantly thanks to electric start (has kick-start too. for all you purists). The period-correct burnt orange paint was outsourced to a professional body shop which used D-BASF 2-stage paint. then cured in a bake-room for a long-lasting. beautiful. and durable finish that will last a lifetime. This bike has been jetted and tuned to perfectly match the Bassani expansion chamber exhaust system and upgraded K&N air filters. I have a stock GT550 in my collection as well. and the power difference from these mods is like night and day. The front end is far from stock and has been fitted with a dual disc brake set-up. which actually took TWO front ends two properly build. The front fender has been handmade in order to fit this one-off set-up perfectly. The steering has been enhanced with an added hydraulic steering damper. so no more worries about tank slappers during fast elevation changes on the track or street!The custom seat. is fully functional. operates on the original factory hinges. so it still opens with the original key. and the hump is designed so that a passenger can still hop on for short rides!No expense was spared when it came to making this bike a turn-key-reliable bike that can be daily driven and a BLAST to ride.
