1967 Suzuki TC250 Scrambler 250 67 68 69

1967 Suzuki TC250 Scrambler in very nice mostly original condition. Bike was taken down to frame and completely rebuilt. The original patina was left as much as possible but some items like footpeg bracket. swingarm. center stand. lower triple have been blasted and repainted black. New fork seals/oil etc. The motor was completely gone through. new rods bearings/seals on crank. new piston/rings/bearings/bore on top end. Transmission bearings and seals were replaced. Carbs have of course been ultrasonic cleaned. soda blasted and dialed in. the rubber airbox boot is new and soft. Oil injection is functioning and this bike starts and stops nice. and she rides smooth with nice power!! Some new parts are OEM headlight bulb. NOS kickshaft. new battery. new Suzuki points and both condensers. Inside of tank is very clean. and petcock is new from Z1. Exhaust is in nice condition. baffles are removed. the pipes were blasted clean inside. The seatcover looks to be a recover? Appears to be stock Suzuki but could be a re-pop as well. and has one small cut on the back. pan is solid and nice. I am dealing with a very slow weep/drip of oil from the oil line connections at the pump and the line from the oil tank to the pump was repaired with Motion Pro Tygon rubber line as the plastic line was broken. Works 100% but not OEM. The pump cover will be installed after a few more miles. Very nice RARE vintage Suzuki Scrambler version of the X6 Hustler. I can provide a slideshow of pics from beginning to now if requested. I have a current Indiana Title in my name.
