Suzuki GS850g

Welcome to the very reluctant sale of my totally original un-restored Suzuki gs850g. Probably the most original un-molested example available for sale. I Have owned for 6 yearsWas Given To a bike breaker after standing in a barn for fifteen years. I recognized how original it was under all the muck so purchased it and rescued it from being dismantled. Cleaned Carbs. fresh fuel and new battery seen it fire straight up no problem with no nasty noises. Then proceeded to strip completely down to the last nut and bolt and rebuilt using new bushings and bearings. filters.  serviced and rebuilt brakes and new tyres. No paint was needed either to the wheels. frame. engine or body work so is as original. Has a 4 into 1 exhaust the only bit that is not original. would have put an original 4 into 2 on eventually. there not easy to find. The Paint on this bike is nothing short of incredible for age and as can be seen in the pictures polishes up amazing. Mileage on this bike is 66465. but please don't be put off by this as the engine runs beautifully with no unusual noises. has been service every year regardless of miles. using quality semi-synthetic oils and filters. Everything on this bike works including the gear indicator the fuel gauge and the self canceling indicators. Also included in the sale is a pair of Krauser side panniers and bike specific rack and mounting system. lockable to the bike with the keys and look good on bike see the photos. These are absolute period and look fantastic.  Before being put away for the winter had a full service. complete carb rebuild with all new jets and floats and gaskets (runs lovely but probably could do with being snyc. d might get round to doing before sale end). valves shimmed and new cam tensioner and front and rear dif oil replacedVery reluctant sale as space needed and as the old mot's testify has done very few miles in the last few years and it deserves to be used and the wife says I have to many bikes.
