1994 SUZUKI gsxr 750

suzuki gsxr 750 selling on behalf of son-in-law who lives in france . bike brought back to uk. it is uk registered . last road tax 2007 has been stood outside in all weather for last 4 years . as started every so often and run around back lanes of france . had not been started for over a year when i was asked to bring back to uk. when i tried to start bike it would not turn over . hought starter motor was not working but this was not case . the engine will not turn so can only assume its ceased through lack of use/being outside . arbs are also in need of cleaning as they are ceased as well through lack of use/being outside . engine and carbs are out of bike . everything for the bike is there . xhaust look good and useable . front and rear tyres are good . ork seals will need doing as there is oil on floor . petrol tank has surface rust on outside as well as scratches i dont no what it is like inside as i cannot get petrol cap off . all off the plastics are there but are scratched and do not appear to be broken/snapped . here is a small rip in seat as per photo. there is no battery but when it was connected up all lights worked ok. will need  work to get back on road . will need trailer/van to collect as cannot be ridden away. no mot or tax . ave log book viewing welcome evenings /weekends only bike is in horndean hampshire .
