Description

1974 SUZUKI TC-100 BLAZER WITH TITLE TS RV ENDURO VINTAGE 2 STROKEThis is a 100cc street legal enduro with a clear Tennessee title. the bike has a dual range transmission with 4 low gears and 4 high gears. bike has the Suzuki CCI oil injection system so you do not have to mix the gas and oil. and also has the rotary valve fuel system which performs much better than the reed valve set ups that most old bikes have. I purchased this bike a several months ago from a local motorcycle repair shop. the bike was in good over all shape but was not running do to a faulty stator. The bike appeared to be all there and 100% original when I purchased it. the paint was faded and the graphics were brittle and the rest of the bike was showing it's age as well so I decided to go ahead and give the bike a make over. Here is a list of some of the things that have just been done to the bike. MECHANICALThe top end was just rebuilt and was bored . 50 over and fitted with a new piston and rings and new head and base gaskets and currently has 150lbs. of cylinder compression. carb was rebuilt with OEM carb kit including new gaskets and float assembly. new wheel bearings and seals installed front and rear. new front and rear steel sprockets and a new D. I. D. chain installed. new rubber chain slide buffer installed on the swing arm. front forks were rebuilt using Japanese seals and dust caps and new fluid installed. new kevlar brake shoes front and rear. petcock was cleaned out and rebuilt with OEM kit. new front and rear Trials tires. heavy duty tubes and inner liners installed. gas tank was flushed out and soaked and came clean so didn't need to add any coatings which I hate using. oil injection pump. tank and lines were flushed out and cleaned and pump was set to manufacture specs. new front brake and clutch levers. new oil tank cap and seal. cables were all in good shape so I just libed them all. changed transmission oil. had to make a foam air cleaner element cause I could not find one on line. ELECTRICALOriginal wiring harness that has not been hacked. new battery and strap. new primary. lighting and charging coils installed on the stator. new points and condenser. new voltage regulator. new turn signal flasher relay. high quality after market turn signals. I have original signals if you want them but they were a little dinged up and had some spider cracks in lenses. all the bulbs were replaced except headlight because it is a sealed beam and worked fine. COSMETICSThe bike was stripped down to the bare frame. all black pieces were stripped down to bare metal. primed with self etching primer and then top coated with a semi gloss black. tank also was stripped down to bare metal and a few very small dings were repaired and then primed with self etching primer and then tank and side covers were painted with a DuPont metallic green base coat clear coat. paint was matched as close as possibly by my paint supplier to the original color. exhaust was also stripped to bare metal. primed With a high heat primer then painted with a 2000 degree header paint. all of the chrome and aluminum items cleaned up really nice. they are not perfect but look really good for a 40 year old bike. I polished several items on the bike to make it pop a little and not look so lackluster. new tank and side cover graphics installed. new high quality seat cover installed and not one of those very cheap Chinese mass produced one's. SUMMARYThis would be a great bike for a collector or for someone who wants to ride it. Although I have spent a lot of time and money on this bike I am not advertising it as restored like most people would. nor is this bike by any means in museum show quality condition. this bike has been gone through from front to rear and what ever it needed it got. the motor runs and idles perfectly with no weird noises of any kind. the clutch is grabby and the transmission shifts smooth as it should. the high/low transmission works as it should and switches between them very smooth. the entire electrical system is basically brand new and all works as it should including all of the lights and horn. I do not have a professional paint booth so there are a few minor nibs in some of the paint. I am not a professional aluminum polisher but I spent a lot of time making the parts look the best that I possibly could and in my opinion they came out really nice. NOTESThe bike comes with a clear Tennessee title in my name and I will leave the purchase price blank for you to fill in. bike also comes with shop manual. parts manual. 2 keys. leather key chain and a brand new 14pc Suzuki tool kit. Very low reserve on this auction considering the amount of time and money that was invested in the bike. SHIPPINGBuyer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping of the bike. I will help you with this any way that I can and will store the bike for you while arrangements are being made. WARRANTYEven though this bike is as mechanically sound as you will likely ever find I still can not offer any kind of warranty on it obviously so bike is being sold as is. A picture is worth a 1000 words so please look over all of the pictures and feel free to contact me through eBay or you can call me anytime on my cell and I will be glad to discuss the bike with you as long as you like and answer any questions that you may have.
