Lowered about 1 1/2in. for short riders. I am 5'6" and it is very comfortable for me. Good for beginners and experienced riders. Bike was dropped twice. The pictures show the damage on both sides. This bike has been sitting in my garage since Aug 2011 ever since I've had a work injury on my shoulder and could no longer ride the bike:( It's time for someone else to enjoy this bike.
