Hey Folks Its time to sell the bikeWhat you are bidding on is a classic vintage motorcycle with the legendary roller bearing crank engine known for reliability and easily hitting 100k miles with just regular maintenance. The bike is a "turn key" bike that does not require anything but a new ownerLet me just give you some details concerning the bike.
- The Frame has been sprayed with marine grade uv/chemical resistant gloss black
- Entire Wiring harness has been cleaned and any corroded connectors removed and addressed. Harness is electric greased on all contacts.
- Has New Head stock upper and lower along with new wheel bearings front and back
- The Forks have new fluids along with new Racetech gold emulators and new progressive springs. New Seals and dust boots to match
- New Rear brake assembly with new line and pads front has brand new pads for the R1 Monoblocks which are in excellent condition not a scratch on them which are radially mounted along with the new radially mounted master cylinder (NISSIN)
- Steel lines
- New Clutch Throttle Choke Speedo and Tach Cables
- Carburetors rebuilt with new needles jets and rubbers. they went through the sonic tank in the cleaning process
- New Intake runners and hoses new airbox inner assembly with a new filter and another spare filter all Suzuki Oem.
- the Emblems the bike are new Suzuki Oem
- New Gauge hosing and rear chrome backing plate Suzuki oem
- New Set of Shinko 230's
- Brand new Suzuki bolts all over the bike along with stainless allen heads.
- New Front Fender and the Tank was literally brand new sitting in the Suzuki box for years until mounted on this bike
- Brand new OEM Suzuki petcock assembly
- New Tail light cover all other lenses are crystal clear with NO cracks.
- Series Regulator Rectifier with a brand new Battery
- New left hand switch assembly right assembly has been cleaned and gone through with electric grease.
- Stock pipes are in real good condition the underside crossover box has been sprayed and cleaned to prevent any rust.
- My favorite part is the kick starter which was added by splitting the cases and inserting the 79' assembly for even more reliability or just for that cool factor. I have pictures for a lot of the jobs done and the bike in several stages upon request ill send em to you.
- Kick Starters have saved me in some serious situations (several miles out in the middle of no where in -17 below freezing temps when the battery is real stressed) I wish they would have em on all new bikes
- Speaking of Kick starters this is a ONE kick bike 2 if ya got a weak leg.
- New Spark Plugs Oil and Gear and Shaft Oil.
- New clutch and stator cover Gaskets Mirrors and Grips.
- Thats all i can recall for now many many hours of work and attention to detail.
