We have great deals on our entire new and pre-owned inventory at Ronnie’s Harley-Davidson of Pittsfield Massachusetts. Today we are listing a very rare bike indeed. This is a true surviving 1987 Suzuki GSX-R 1100 with 18268 miles. This is a recent local trade-in.

Please review the images carefully so you can assess condition for yourself. This GSX-R is in stock configuration with only open pod style K&N air filters and full header Supersport exhaust from Vance&Hines. This was a popular set-up with these bikes. I am not sure if the bike was re-jetted or not. We do NOT have the original air box but we DO have the original full exhaust as seen in the images.

Overall condition is good however this is not a show bike. It is a rider’s bike and is represented as such. This bike starts stops and runs as it should. The paint is in good shape though there are some blemishes on the lower fairings as seen in the pictures. There is also a small inner fairing repair on the left side of the upper fairing as seen in the pictures. The tank looks great as well as windshield and fairing. The seat looks to be in good shape and has the rear solo cowl. The tires are older and in fair condition. The lights work high and low beam directional indicator lights also work properly as well as the horn and the brake light. We have not test ridden this bike to date.

The new owner will need to fully service and safety check this machine before heading down the road. This bike is sold “as is”

I do not have to tell anyone who is looking at this listing that these bikes are getting harder to find every day. I have one myself and I am holding onto it for this very reason.
