1981 Suzuki TS185

You are bidding on a 1981 Suzuki TS185 in excellent condition with only 589 original miles. We are the second owners of this motorcycle and have owned it since the mid 1990's. The bike has been garaged since the original owner purchased new in 1981. The motorcycle has not been registered on the road since 1983 and has only been ridden a handful of times since we purchased it. The gasoline was almost always drained out of the tank before putting it back into storage. Gas tank has no rust or debris inside. Motorcycle always starts second kick and runs just like new. The crank case oil has been changed 3 times since we have owned it. Currently has a flat tire on the back, ut i have a tube for it. Overall the paint is in excellent condition for being original. The tank has one small scratch (See Photo). The bike has fallen over in the sand twice, he first time scraped the right side panel and broke the right rear turn signal. The second time it fell over the riders knee dented the left side of the tank a little bit but its not real noticeable and the shift lever got a little bit bent. After that we decided to put a knobby tire on the front so the sand would stop making riders fall over and haven't had any problems since. The rear blinkers were replaced with the ones you see in the photos. They are the only parts on the motorcycle that are not original to the bike besides the front tire. As a kid i would stay home on friday nights cleaning and polishing this bike. You will not find a motorcycle that has been better taken care of than this one. It was professionally serviced somewhere around the year 2000. I have the original title to the motorcycle.
