2005 SUZUKI GSX 1400 K5 BLUE

Hi. welcome to my auction for my Suzuki GSX 1400. It is a 2005 K5 model originally Blue and White but now looking much different thanks to www. wickedcoatings. co. ukTo my knowledge it has never been crashed or dropped so please don't think the new paintwork is hiding anything. any inspection is welcomed. I am selling due partly to having a young and increasing family and partly due to my arthritis making it difficult to ride as often as I would like to. The petrol tank and seat unit have been Hydro-dipped with a skull design over a silver base coat then several coats of Oriental Blue Candy lacquer topped off with clear lacquer. The front mudguard. side panels. front sprocket cover. magneto cover and signal generator cover have all been carbon-dipped by the same company. All custom made decals fitted prior to clear lacquer being applied to prevent them peeling off. Wavey brake discs have been fitted front and rear along with a full set of Goodridge neon blue stainless steel braided hoses. Same colour HEL braided clutch hose also fitted. Wheels have been powder-coated gold. loads of tread left on Bridgestone BT 023 tyres. Shock absorber springs powder-coated blue. Oil and filter replaced along with front fork seals and chain and sprockets all within the last 300 miles. Other additions include:Renthal handlebars. gold "shortie" levers. gold bar-end mirrors. black fly screen. gold frame plugs with GSX logo. gold one-piece handlebar top clamp with GSX logo. Evotech billet fuel cap and oil filler cap. polished grab rail. custom seat cover. Just Bandits torque arm rear undertray and gearlinkage rod. Pipercross high-flow air filter. recent new SP Engineering exhaust can. stainless steel engine casing screw set and rear wheel nut. gold anodised top yoke nut and fork preload adjusters. smaller indicators. carbon fibre hugger. gold anodised front and rear foot pegs. I do have a few of the original parts available. (standard length levers but in blue. front and rear footpegs. original locking fuel cap. centre stand as it has been removed). Also included will be a brand new set of fork seals and dust covers. (double ordered but never bothered sending them back). I also have a SP Engineering Tri-oval carbon can available if required. slightly quieter than the one fitted and with the UK road legal BSAU mark on it. but nowhere near as good looking. both have removable baffles. The bike has MOT until 26th November and Tax until end of February 2015 but only if sold by 30th September. I have set a sensible reserve price and will not entertain silly offers as I am not in a hurry or desperate to sell. but feel free to get in touch and discuss a price but I won't be letting it go for less than the reserve price. Viewing highly recommended. Cash on collection preferred please. or possibly bank transfer but bike will not be released until all funds are cleared in my account. I will be sad to see it go as I have invested a lot of time and money in this bike over the Winter but it really needs to be ridden and not kept in the garage and only brought out once in a while.
