Suzuki RF600R MOT'd till May 2015 Tax'd till November clutch hub bearing damaged

SUZUKI RF600R 1996 MOT MAY 2015 TAX'D 1ST NOVEMBERFor sale again I have my RF600R. I had her on Ebay last week for £750 but took the bike off as the Yamaha TDM that I was buying was not as good as I had hoped and I realised that my RF was a better bike all round. Unfortunately my bike didn't appear to feel the same way as on Saturday on a return journey from Nottingham to Sheffield. I was unable to select any gears on the gearbox! The bike is stuck in neutral. the clutch appears to be working but I'm unable to select any gears. the bike runs perfectly. there has been no oil loss so I suspect it is a fault on the clutch hub bearing. I have decided that she has got to go as I need a bike for work and I haven't got the time to get the old girl sorted although I suspect it's not a major deal. It is fitted with braided hoses. a Viper exhaust and a tinted front screen. She runs beautifully and sounds fantastic with the Viper can on. The exhaust comes with the baffle but it is far better without and not too loud. Both tyres have got loads of life left in them. the front is a Continental and the rear is a Maxxis. The tail of the bike has been tidied and it is fitted with smaller indicators than stock. The bike is 18 years old so there is some fade on the paintwork and a few marks but I think the photo's show that she has stood the test of time well. All of the panels are in good condition with no cracks. all the connecting lugs are present and the panels are fixed with stainless steel screws. It comes with the last 3 MOT's and some service history and she has covered 42k miles. I am amazed at how under rated these RF's are. having rode all sorts of bikes in the past 30 years. it's surprising that a bike capable of just under 150mph and putting out 100bhp whilst being easily capable of getting 50+ to the gallon isn't more sought after! I also have the stock exhaust can if the winner wants it although the bike will go through an MOT with the Viper.
