Suzuki DL1000 V-Strom 2003 Sport Touring Motorcycle needs work

I bought this brand new and have been the original owner. I put about 2.6k miles on it and then dropped it and never rode it again. It's been sitting taking up space in the garage forever so it's time for it to find a new home. The good news: Low miles, ost of it has very little wear and tear. Bad news: Dropped and bent the handle bars and messed up the plastic on the front a little (see pics), irros, nd clutch, reak levers, ounterweights. Recently I replaced the handlebar and battery in an effort to get it running again but the engine won't start now. It makes all the right noises but the engine won't catch. The gas tank looks a little rusty since it's been sitting so long. Not big flakes or anything, ut doesn't look new like it used to. I'm not a mechanic and don't really know where to go from here, o for someone who wants an easy project to get a really low milage bike up and running, ere you go. I paid close to 10k for this new, know it's not worth anything near that now but I'mnot sure how to value it. Make me an offer for what you think it's worth.
