Not all vehicles come with two sets of keys and owner’s manuals.

Texas residents are subject to 6.25% state sales tax plus all applicable registration, itle, nd inspection fees.

Out of state buyers are responsible for registration and vehicle title in their home state (same as drivers license).

All thirty30 Vehicles are pre-owned and sold “AS-IS” with no warranty or guarantee.

No verbal promises or guarantees – everything must be done in writing and signed by a representative from Dallas Auto Collective.

Buyer will receive copies of all paperwork after the transaction.

Vehicles older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as mileage “Exempt”.

Any legal proceedings from either party will take place in Dallas County, exas.

A $500 deposit will hold a vehicle for 24 hours in order for customer to organize funds or financing. After 24 hours $400 will be automatically refunded to the customer and the vehicle will be made available to the public. Dallas Auto Collective will keep a $100 re-listing fee for all returned deposits and cancelled sales. The $500 deposit is required for all transactions and must be made within 24 hours.

Deposits can be made via PayPal or any major credit card (subject to 3% processing fee) over the phone. Final payment must be made in the form of Cashiers Check, ank Financing, r Cash in person.

Customer must make contact with Dallas Auto Collective within 24 hours of purchase.
