EXHAUST. S/S DOWNPIPES WERE GOOD SO FITTED STAIGHT THROUGH 2" PIPES AND WELDED AND FORMED SO NO JOINT CLIPS. HAVE NEW 8" BAFFLES FITTED . STILL ROARS AND SOUNDS LIKE A TRACTOR. END PEICES NEW BRASS CONDUIT NUTS TO FINISH. BAFFLES CAN BE REMOVED IF YOU ARE DEAF.
ELECTRICAL. NEW BATTERY. ALL WIRING CHANGES ON MY PART ARE SOLDERED AND HEAT SHRUNK CONECTIONS. WIRING MOVED AND COVERD BY THICK LEATHER PANELS UNDER THE SIDE PANELS FOR NEATNESS. LUCAS REAR TAIL LIGHT AND MINI LICENCE PLATE ON ALLOY SIDE PLATE MOUNT . BIG PLATE FOR MOT COMES WITH IT

REAR END . HARDTAILED USING CURVED STRUTS. OLD SHOCKS COME WITH IT . ORIGINAL SADDLE CRACKED BUT BEEN POLISHED HAS THE OLD WORLD LOOK. CUT AND SHUT REAR FENDER . OVERSIZE REAR TYRE . REAR BAKES SHOES CHANGED FOR NEW AND DRUM DE GLAZZED . READ WHEEL BLASTED AND PRIMED AND PAINTED . SPINDLE AND BEARINGS LUBED. SHAFT DRIVE COUPLING CLEANED AND LUBED UP . REAR BEVEL BOX DRAINED CLEANED AND REFIILLED WITH NEW OIL.

RIDES GREAT . TORQUE A JOY. SOUNDS LIKE A STRAIGHT THROUGH V TWIN SHOULD . AS A HARDTAIL ITS COMFY WITH THE BIG SEAT BUT IF YOUR OVER 6'1" YOU WONT FIT . EVEN GOES ROUND CORNERS WELL
ALSO WITH IT . FULL WORKSHOP MANUAL AND CD ROM. HAYNES MANUAL. BRAIDED LONGER FRONT BRAKE LINE IF YOU WANT TO GO WITH MINI APES . BIKE LIFT. HOME MADE BUT DOES THE JOB .
Since then I have fitted LED headlight. led indicators. digital speedo with turn signal. nbsp;neutral and high beam indicator lights . led tail light. rear reflector. I did have the 8" baffles in but had to put 12" with fibreglass wadding to pass MOT. I still have the 8" baffles. The battery is held in place with a ratchet strap as the battery box broke. I have a replacement with the bike.
I currently have the old shocks on it for a more comfortable ride but still have the hard tail struts. I also have some spares going with which are Battery box. rear fender. lim black spring shocks. rear drum brake hub. extra mirrors. old headlight. old speedo. and exhaust tape black and titanium with fixing's and some other bits.
Could do with a service and a good clean. Has been stood a while so I will give a start and charge battery if needed
