Description

This is a real nice 1983 Suzuki GS1100E. The bike is in very nice shape for a 33 year old bike. The bike was formally a drag bike but has been put back to street use. After the race engine was pulled out the original engine was put back in the bike. The engine in the bike now is the original that came in the bike. This bike has been sitting and has not been ridden for two years. I got this bike as a partial trade on a car I sold. The gas tank looks nice and clean inside. I put some fuel in the bike and it fired right up. I rode it around the neighborhood and all gears shift good and the bike runs good. One carburetor started dripping gas so I put it back in the garage. The bike is lowered by using lowering struts and sits low and mean. The gauges are not original to the bike but are nicer than the stock gauges. They are mounted but will still need to be hooked up to use. It also has nice aluminum rear wheel and a 200 rear tire. It has duel disc brakes on the front and single disc on rear. The swing arm looks to be stretched and the bike has a huge chain. It also has an air shifter on the bike but it is not hooked up, t can be put back in operation if wanted. The battery is newer and the tires are in real nice shape. The paint is in good shape but has a few small chips and minor scratches but it is still nice and shiny. There is a small dent on the bottom of the fuel tank on the left side. It is down low and hard to see. The seat is custom made and is real nice. All the lights work as they should. It also has MTC engineered header exhaust system and it sounds nice. The only issues I found is one of the carb has a leak and will probably need the carbs pulled apart and rebuilt. I don’t need the bike so I am selling it. With a little tweaking on this bike it will be a fast and cool street bike.
