SUZUKI SP370 1979 RED, A SUPERB & ORIGINAL EXAMPLE 7,167 GENUINE MILES FROM NEW

Here we have a superb and original example of a 1979 classic Suzuki SP370 motorbike in red. with only 7. 67 genuine miles from new on the clock!

My husband has owned this bike since 1984 and it only had 2 owners prior. one being a friend from whom my husband purchased it.

It stood unused from 1984 to 2000 (until my husband finally got round to passing his bike test!). then my husband spent 2000/2001 lovingly restoring it. with no expense spared. spending over £1. 00. 00 on genuine SP370 parts and putting it back on the road!

All bills can be inspected and will be passed on with the bike. along with an original SP370 workshop manual and all MOT's/SORN's we have dating back from 2001 to present.

The overall condition and appearance of the bike is truly wonderful. however it is over 35 years old (hard to believe) and there are a few stone chips and a couple of blemishes on the original petrol tank paintwork. which were touched up. prior to my husband owing bike.

Also. the paintwork on the original metal rear mudguard has cracked and will require some attention. Finally. the plastic trim directly under seat has been repaired on one side and has sort of crackled (many years ago) on the other side. but theses do not detract from the overall appearance of the bike. just feel must mention & have tried to show on photos.

As well as looking fantastic. the bike is mechanically sound and is a great runner. starting first time every time. currently has MOT until July 2014. just had a new battery.

My husband is selling this much loved bike with great reluctance. however it just never gets used due to lack of spare time. honestly! It is kept carefully wrapped away in storage (apart from it's annual MOT outing). it seems a real shame for someone not to be enjoying this beautiful machine!
