SUZUKI PE250B ENDURO TWINSHOCK EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION ALL PAPERWORK

For sale is my lovely and remarkably original 1978 Suzuki PE250B enduro. It is in really good. correct condition and is mechanically superb in all respects with no faults that i am aware of. Cosmetically. the paintwork is all very good with only very minor scratches to frame and none to the original alloy tank. which is also remarkably undented. very rare for one of these!It comes with all original equipment. including lights (all working. including brake light). speedo. horn. sidestand(!). etc. The yellow paint is excellent with very little evidence of fading and the plastics are also very good. as is the seat cover. The bike had an absoloute fortune spent on it mechanicaly about 10 years ago by a previous owner and has done virtually no miles since then. All invoices are included with the bike. With a bike like this. i cannot swear to the correct mileage. but it is clearly low and i would guess is still not fully run in since the full engine rebuild! Mechanically. it is very quiet and it runs exactly as it should do with good clean carburation and very crisp throttle response once warm. The bike is totally standard with no crazy performance upgrades. most of which never worked anyway! The exhaust system is totaly standard and unmodified (and undented) as is the silencer. All cycle parts work just as they should with excellent forks and shocks and the usual superb Suzuki brakes. Wheelrims and spokes are all excellent. It is currently fitted with road legal tyres. The correct original V5 is present in my name and the bike is fully registered with DVLA and is currently correctly SORN'd. The bike even comes with its original handbook!I doubt the bike has ever ben raced in anger. certainly. for the last 15 years it has sat in private collections and done no more than be started ocassionally and run up to temperature. It is not a show bike with powder coated frame. super glossy paintwork and all new plastics. etc. etc. It is a VERY genuine original early PE250( now rare) in excellent condition in all respects and which could either be put in a collection OR raced. it needs nothing doing to it at all in my view (other than change the tyres if you wanted to race it). I'll try to upload some better photos but have temporarily lost the keys to my garage (getting old and senile!) but i can assure any potential purchaser that this is a really good and genuine bike.
