Suzuki DL 1000cc V Strom v-twin motorbike with topbox mot feb 2015 enduro

for sale is my VStrom 1000 I dont seem to get out on it much now. it just gets started at weekends now to keep the new battery charged and stops me from using the space in the garage. in my opinion its in good condition but it does have a few wear markes now as it is 11 years old. As any dealer will agree the engines are bullet proof and will last years and years. as a touring bike they dont get the hammer that my race bike gets   its a sit up get comfy and ride all day bike. and it does that very well. most v-stroms will have around the same milage for the age as unlike most bikes these are designed to be used daily. (my gxsr only came out on sunny summer days)The bike sits quite high so i had the rear height bars changed to make it slightly lower then the front lowered to suit for a better geometry. it handles and sits much better. There are heaters on the bars that i dont bother using so i disconected them but ill re connect them back if you require them and there is an alarm. the battery is new 2 months ago. the bike gets looked after mechanically by my nextdoor neighbour who is a mechanic with 7 bikes so he is very competent.  When this is sold i will be looking for an enduro for on/off roading. a swap might suit both parties but i need something not too tall.
