Hay Wagon Up For Auction.
Recently came back from a 1. 00 mile European tour including the Nurburgring so no issues here - runs and rides very well. has plenty of tax and mot and has just had two new Bridgestone Battlax 020's fitted upon return so they are like brand new give or take 50 miles - £220 including fitting that you don't have to think of for a while.
It takes a great urge for me to sit and polish my bikes these days due to working too many hours. I haven't spent any time at all in gimping the Busa up for this auction so it comes with a couple thousand miles of grime F. O. C - probably much to my detriment as this thing really does look nice after a degreasing/wash/wax. wheels WD40'd and plastics siliconed. also I have not done this for the photo-shoot because the weather was not my friend tonight after work!
It's not a new bike and any sensible person will not expect one at 13 years old (that has been used). but like I say. a few hours TLC and she's great. Main things of note are: a crack in the screen (pictured). a slightly heavy chip on the o/s ram air scoop (pictured). a small mark on the wheel from the security chain (pictured) and just where the seat meets the tank has slightly rubbed the paint - trivial. and all Busas do it.
The bike is largely free from the usual stone chip/grit blast. likely down to not having done a load of miles. and it's still on it's original chain and sprocket kit and has plenty of life left. I don't know what the heck I've done with the seat hump since I moved house but if it turns up. you can have it. otherwise don't expect it!
