1983 Suzuki 1100E 16 valve superbike

Super nice GS 1100E superbike with a few tasteful upgrades. This bike basically started the modern sportbike era with 1 of the 1st 16 valve heads installed on a motorcycle(1980) and featured Suzuki's trick TSCC combustion chamber which gave it quite an edge over the competition at the time. Voted the 'Superbike of the Year' for 3 years straight (81-83). he 1100E was a early 80's sensation. It was a Vance + Hines 1100 (modified) engine dragbike which became the first bike in history to break the 200 m. p. h. barrier in the 1/4 mile!  This bike features a brand new  V + Hines  4 into 1 header(chrome) with competition baffle. nbsp;re-jetted carbs. + new K + N airfilters. ransmission is bulletproof with undercut gears. has custom made Corbin seat with blue inlay to match bike color. teel-braided brake lines for better brake response and a Derale oil cooler to keep the temps. down. Back tire is in great shape however the front tire should be replaced soon. title is clear from state of Illinois signed off by previous owner. bike runs great but is a little cold blooded like most of these bikes were.
