Description

ebay makes us choose something for title this motorcycle is being sold without title  NO TITLE some states are easy to get one others not. a true collector knows that with or without a title they have a value when this old. Now that is done I am a used parts seller I don't sell motorcycles but to part this out I feel would be a crime. it is unrestored and unmolested. a true find is all original. great Patina a collector looks for. I decided not to try and fire her due to the fact I get so many bikes simply because someone did after years of sitting and only to lock the motor up do to a air leak because of a bad seal. motor should be gone through if its to be fired. Now for what I see hand brake lever is missing its end. rear brake pedal is bent as well right foot peg both pegs missing rubber the is some pitting in the chrome and a little rust not bed at all for age see photos. This T250 would make a easy restoration project but also still in nice enough shape to just be detailed out and put in a collection wouldn't be perfect but a nice original can be worth just as much.   A little about this model The Suzuki GT250 was an upgraded version of the T20. The very first model used many parts of the T20 and even the later versions (as well the GT250 from the seventies) used parts that can be fit to the T20 and its processor. the T10. The 1967 tuned-up version of the T20. the T21. was actually called T250 on its home market. Japan. When the T250 model came it was a very competitive machine. despite its roots in the early-sixties engineering. It had a 33 hp two-stroke engine. automatic oiling. six speed gearbox. rev counter and a twin leading shoe brake at the front - still hot stuff for the era but revolutionary in 1965 when the T20 (with a 30 hp engine) was presented. The T250 was light. sporty and economical.   The 1971-year's T250R had wider tyres. a grab rail. un-braced handlebars. simple paint scheme and new badge styles.

Fresh from a local collection. this represents the motorcycle that launched a thousand motorsport careers and kept millions more mobile during the 1970s. Presented in good order throughout. there is always space in a motorcycle collection for the un-sung hero and a hero is very much what this is.

I will help with shipping but all costs are to be paid by buyer. If needs to be crated I will crate for $100. 00

Thank you for looking

My reserve is around half of what I can get out of this if parted if I don't make the reserve I will part it out just feel its worth saving so offering it one time I have others as well that I will offer as well
