Suzuki GSXR1000 k7 track race bike motorcycle superstock

For Sale Suzuki GSXR1000 k7 (2007) track/race bike with only 6169 miles on the clock.  The bike has the following specification:

About the bike

The bike is a race/track bike only and unfortunately does not have a V5. I am the second owner of the bike and I have the original purchase receipt for the bike from Crescent Suzuki and also my purchase receipt from the previous owner (See attached photograph). All frame and engine numbers are intact and the VIN can be checked on the Suzuki website VIN checker. I have shown the check result in one of the photographs attached.

The bike itself is in very good condition and I have neither raced nor crashed the bike. I also believe that the original owner never crashed the bike as there is no evidence of any crash damage on the bike. There are some marks on the fairings. most noticeably the bellypan (from loading onto a trailer) but otherwise they are in good condition. The front mudguard rear mounts have cracked and are currently firmly held by the bigger front mounts. but it should be replaced in the near future.

I bought the bike two years ago at the beginning of 2013 and have enjoyed a couple of years of track days on it. I have only done about 1500 miles on it myself and during that time the bike has run faultlessly apart from a faulty spark plug (4 new plugs fitted one month ago). The bike is ready to run though I?ˆ™d recommend an oil and filter change as they have reached the 4 trackday limit I normally change them at.

The race exhausts are on the quiet side and the bike sails through the ACU 105 db test and occasionally records lower than 98 db without baffles. I have only ever fitted the baffles for a Donington Park 98 db drive by day.

I?ˆ™m selling the bike as I wish to go back to riding a 600 again. A 1000 is becoming too much effort for me. A nice rest on the straights is required.
