2005 SUZUKI GS 500 - Sorry now SOLD!

Please do Not bid as bike has been sold! 2005 SUZUKI GS500Welcome to the sale of my GS500 which has just 10675 miles on the clock and is in above-average condition. I purchased this bike back in April and have enjoyed this lovely summer riding on days off and a couple of trips up to the Cotswolds and South Wales on holiday. I have now covered around 3000 miles on her. and she has not missed a beat - thanks mainly I believe to regular servicing. I have had 3 Suzuki GS500's over the years. and since owning this one I have completed the following work:-15/4/2014 at 7419 miles (upon purchase) - New Oil. New Oil Filter. New Air Filter. New Sparkplugs. Brake Fluid replaced and Calipers stripped. new rear tyre fitted. 03/9/2014 at 9965 miles - Valve clearances checked. All four clearances well within limit. no shims changed. Sparkplugs removed and checked. 17/10/2014 at 10357 miles - New Oil & Filter fitted. The bike runs beautifully. and the only reason I am selling her is because I plan to buy a large capacity scooter. The photos show just what good condition she is in - much better than average. I have tried to maintain the hard work of previous owners in keeping the bike clean and the use of ACF50 to prevent corrosion. I would recommend any new owner do the same - ACF50 really is great stuff!The bike does have the odd small mark. and there is a small split in one of the rear bodywork panels. but it seems secure enough and I have not repaired it since purchase. At some point in it's history the fairing was removed due to a Cat C insurance claim. but this has not been a problem for me or the previous owner. though I have fitted a small windshield to help keep the cool air off now that Autumn is here. I am very happy for anyone to view the bike and take it for a spin (if they can leave cash and provide proof of insurance).  I may be able to ride the bike to deliver it if you live within 50 miles of postcode DT8.  Any questions please feel free to ask and I will do my best to help.
