- I?ˆ™ll try to keep it brief. Please. Read the description before opting to buy. I'm more than happy to answer questions I haven't covered. Condition: -The bike is very near new condition and what signs of ware it does have. nbsp;I'd consider less than normal. Care: -Being it has a shaft drive and chain timing most of the mechanical components on this bike are maintenance free. However bike has had more than regular fluid and filter changes and also has been cleaned and waxed on a regular basis. History: -I purchased this bike new from Chapperl motor sports in Sanberdino. It's been used almost solely for recreational purpose. My wife and I have been on several long cruses with it and with the added windshield and floor boards it's a comfortable ride. It's never been wrecked. but it did tip over into a bush next to my driveway same year I bought it. Insurance company replaced the fuel tank and right side air cleaner. (Nothing else got scratched) Dealer said tank emblems where back ordered and I got the bike back from them before they where installed. Having driven the bike for a week w/o them I was told it looked a little cooler w/o the emblems on the tank so when the dealer gave them to me I never installed them. There still in the original bag's. (See pictures) New bike owner will get them and can install them if he / she desires. Realizing that tip over could have been a lot worse than it was I installed chrome crash bars a month later (They look fairly bad ass and give me a little more security when splitting lanes) Clutch was replaced 2 years ago. Dealer said there was nothing wrong w/ old one but the new one doesn't shudder. Battery was replaced in May of this year and has a one year warranty (I've got the receipt) It's been through 2 front tires and 1 rear. (Currently both are fairly new and have plenty of treed left) Power: -The V-Twin is an arm stretcher. nbsp;it will break the fat tire in the back loose if your aggressive with the throttle and clutch. It doesn't lope like a Harley at idle but it does rumble. Even though I still have stock pipes on it a little roll back of the throttle and the sound will give you all the endorphins your brain needs. Accessories: -I pulled some of the accessories off the bike to show what the bike looks like w/o and to clean/polish behind them. After taking pictures I put them back on. What you see in the pictures on the bike is what you get. Even the GPS will go to the buyer. The following is a list of the items included- Paint and body matched Saddle bags-- If you look these up on the Corbin web sight you'll see they sell for about $1800 and these are custom ordered bigger then their stock model. Riffle Windshield--On this bike it's easy to become a human flag. so not long after I got it I bought a windshield. (it can be taken off easy when just cruising around town. ) Large back Rest-- This is a OEM Suzuki item I got for the wife. Retailed $400 something at the time I got it. (happy wife. happy life) Crash Bars--As mentioned before I think they really enhance the look of the bike and they bolt up fairly easy and can be removed just as easy. Rear Seat Cowl-- Stock item that came with bike (mine has rarely been used but if you want the "Lobo" look I still have it (See Picture) Magellan GPS--Mounted in a custom machined aluminum carrier in the handle bars. and plugs into a standard 12v outlet behind the headlight (same kind you can charge a phone with) Custom Floor Boards-- These are the best for long trips as you can move your legs around quite a bit. They bolt up to the frame and can be removed easily for service. Reason for selling: -Bought a new Victory this year for more cargo space. (Mostly for the "stuff" my wife and I tend to collect on long trips) Not really motivated to sell it but I hardly put any miles on it this summer. So I've decided it's too nice of a bike to just sit. NO Shipping. unless buyer wants to arrange it. I will help load it if a truck comes to pick it up. Payment: -Instant Pickup is on a Cash only payment. Personal checks have a 7 day verification period. Money orders and bank checks could be just a few minutes but. in either case I won't release the bike till my bank (Chase) says the funds are in my account. Test ride's: -I understand the desire for a test ride and I truly think once you ride this bike you'll want it. However. due to Insurance issues and the many ways that can go wrong I will only allow a test ride with cash payment in my hand. (Sorry) Your welcome to contact me to look at the bike and I'll start the motor and demonstrate most anything you'd like to see. Also If you buy the bike I?ˆ™ll give you. I don't know. lets say 15 miles on the odometer or 16 hours (whichever comes first) where you can test ride and return it to me for a full refund no hassle. assuming you haven't done something stupid. (Like damage the bike or burnout the rear tire) >>>Whether you buy or not Thanks for looking!<<<
