See suzukiRM500. com for more information.  1984 Suzuki RM500E 1984 Suzuki RM500E. This is/was my personal race bike. And has the best of the best!I went through the bike 2 years ago and has about 15 minutes on it since then. The motor was gone through and a NEW first oversize . 025 NOS Suzuki piston and ring and top end parts were installed. all engine seals and gaskets were replaced with NOS Suzuki parts. And a new clutch kit installed. There is NO damaged or repairs to the engine cases. or covers. and the bike does not leak a drop!The Frame was powder coated. and the lower frame sections braced for extra strength. New DG pipe with re-packed & polished Answer silencer were installed. New air filters. New Swing arm bearings bushings and seals with a NOS swing arm bolt installed. NOS bearings. seals and shaft were installed on the upper rocker assembly. NEW front and rear tires. tubes and rim bands. NOS foot peg pins and springs with 1990 RM250 claw style foot pegs are installed and are much better than stock. Rear shock has been rebuilt with new seal head and bump stop. The front forks have new seals and oil. New Tapered head bearing kit replaces the loose stock ball bearing head bearings. The bike is very stable and steers very precisely!NEW Ceet saftey seat with foam and cover professionally installed. NOS Suzuki plastic rear fender. front fender. front number plate. and Original NOS left and right side panels. New tank. side panel and warning  decals. The stock fork clamps were machined out to accept over sized 46mm cartridge front forks. Over sized front brake rotor kit installed. Bike is legal to compete in GP4 and disc brake classes. And regularly eats newer 4 strokes much to their surprise. Pro Taper "Fatty" handle bars. New grips. NOS front brake and clutch lever assemblies and over sized bar clamps. acerbis hand guards installed. All cables have been replaced. New Heavy Duty Gold chain and New sprockets. plus Much Much more! Along with this bike I will include the stock front forks. triple clamps and DLS front brake assy. with front wheel. in case you want to put the bike back to stock condition. May consider a Duel Sport as . well let me know.
