NO RESERVE Suzuki GSXR Custom Streetfighter Fighter Custom

First and foremost this is a NO RESERVE auction!!  You are bidding on a custom built 1993 GSXR 600.  Here is a quick rundown of the mods that were made:08 Yamaha R1 rear swingarm. nbsp;rear shock and linkage. Custom made aluminum subframe.  Built into the subframe is a battery box that holds a full size motorcycle battery.  The airbox was removed and individual air pod filters were installed for a cleaner look.  Upright handlebars were fitted and oem controls removed and replaced with aftermarket.  Brand new front master cylinder. Throttle is a Domino brand race unit.  Bar end mirrors Garmen gps displays speed. it does not have a tachometer or any other gauges or dash lights. Vortex brand rearsets / foot pegs and controls.  The shift pattern is reversed (if you watch my video you will see that I forgot this initially).  The tires on the bike are literally brand new. the rear still has the stickers on it. Custom made stainless overflow bottle. Relocated ignition switchEngine cleaned up and repainted. The exhaust has the oem header and a custom made stainless rear section that exits a DanMoto stainless steel muffler. Frame has been coated with black bedliner material. Front forks were painted black to match the frame and swingarm. The front headlight is from a dual purpose motorcycle and is smaller than most street bike headlights however I believe the size suites the overall look of the bike. The seat is a cafe racer fiberglass one off piece.  The padding on the seat is dense foam and more comforable that it looks. Rear tail light is a LED strip with built in blinkers. the front blinkers are LED also. The front forks have been completely disassembled and rebuilt with new seals and filled with new oil. The carbs have been completely disassembled. cleaned and rebuilt with a kit. The front fender is from a 05 gsxrThe chain guard has been trimmed and modifiedThe green button on the controls is for the starter. the red button is for the headlight high / low beam selector. PLEASE READ. some minor details that need your consideration.  I have not had a chance to test ride the bike since it's completion (it's too dang cold here right now).  After running it the other day in the garage I noticed a single drop of oil on the ground from the oil filter gasket (I would suspect a new filter / gasket would correct this).  I forgot to shut off the fuel petcock once. the next day there was a very small puddle of gas under the bike as one of the carbs leaked through.  I've since remembered to shut off the fuel and had no problems since.  There is no choke cable. I just pull and hold the accessable linkage with my hand during startup.  The bike seems a little cold blooded as it takes awhile for it to warm up.  It could benifit from larger jetting considering the filter pods and open exhaust. this would probably help the startup too.  When the bike sits for a number of weeks between startups I may have to slightly tap on the float bowls to free up a needle valve or two. this is typical of bikes this age.  The previous owner indicated the bike had just under 9000 miles but I have no way of verifying as I don't have the original odometer (MN titles don't show mileage on bikes this old).  The license plate bracket has no light and there is no horn. you may have to incorporate these if your state law dictates.  I don't have the rear brake lever hooked up to the brake light. only the front brake lever turns on the brake light.  The tank does have some nicks and scratches on it but nothing unusual for a bike of this age.  On the video you will see some smoke coming off the freshly painted header pipe. The rear stand you see in the pictures and the video is not included in the auction.

The winning bidder must contact me by email within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.  I prefer email as this acts as a record of events up to and including auction completion.  If for some reason you are not seeing responses from me. please consider that you may have a spam blocker or something not allowing emails to get to you as I do respond to all emails.

The balance of the funds are due within 7 days of auction close.  Payment must be cashiers / bank check or cash in person.  I will store the bike longer than 7 days at no cost if you make previous arrangements.  If funds are not received. and an alternate arrangement has not been made you will forfit your deposit to me and the vehicle will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come. first-serve basis.

There are no warranties expressed or implied of any kind.  As with any used vehicle. signs of wear may become more obvious under close inspection. such small chips or nicks. light scratches or minor abrasions. and other indications of normal wear and tear. I will not and cannot be held liable or responsible for these issues.  I have described the above vehicle to the best or my ability. However I may have missed something. overlooked something. or not been aware of something due to lack of knowledge about it. I take time to carefully describe the vehicle and include a substantial number of photos. However. it is very important to keep in mind that this vehicle is pre-owned. not brand new.  Please ask all questions prior to bidding.

Bidders are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above.  Non-paying bidders. unqualified bidding. bid shielding. auction interference or any type of harassment. will be dealt with according to eBay Rules. local law. and may include legal action to recoupe applicable fees. loss of deposit or any other related costs.

Shipping

I will not release the bike to any shipping company until payment has been received in full.  The buyer is 100% responsible for shipping and related costs.  I will assist by making the bike available to the shipping company at the time they arrange to pick up the bike.   I do not have any affiliation with. or interest in any transportation companies and all questions or concerns should be addressed between you and the shipping company of your choice.

Of course picking up in person is always an option.
