1969 Suzuki T500 Runs And Rides Lots Of New Parts And Extra Performance Parts

Here is a slick old 1969 Suzuki T500. This motorcycle runs and rides and has so many new parts on it that I'm sure I can't list them all of the top of my head. I have a clear Virginia title for it and it is located in McPherson. Kansas. This is the first year of the Titan 500's and it is all stock except for the seat. handlebars. and paint. That black paint is just a rattle can job so it has plenty of chips and scratches but I like the ratty look. I do have a lot of go-fast parts that go with the bike. This T500 is a blast to ride and it is quick. The new parts I can think of right now are: points and condensers. spark plugs. petcock gaskets. clutch discs and springs. clutch cable. brakes. oil tank level sight lens. new 1st oversized pistons and fresh bore and hone (very expensive). NOS four position ignition switch (only on 1st year T500 and hard to find). and I installed the part for the transmission oil level modification for early T500's in the lower case to change it's capacity from 1200cc to 1400cc of oil. and more that I am forgetting at the moment. The performance parts included are one set of chrome expansion chambers that are badly dented and need repair (ONLY THE CHROME SET OF EXPANSION CHAMBERS ARE INCLUDED WITH THIS AUCTION THE BLACK SET HAVE BEEN SOLD). a wide range of new pilot and main jets from jets are us ($150. 00 worth). new K&N pod filters. and a very cool set of aluminum velocity stacks that will fit the 32mm Mikuni carburetors. The engine. and transmission have been gone through. It runs good but it could use a fine tune. maybe check to see the timing is dead on and sync the carbs at idle. The only light that doesn't work is the brake light and that is because it needs a new brake light switch. The oil cap is not missing it was just off when I took the pictures. I do have it. There are some other parts that come with it like an extra set of engine cases with a good extra crankshaft. extra gauges. hardware. miscellaneous gaskets and seals. They are all pictured. I love riding my T500 but it's time to let go. Don't let this sweetly worn mildly cafe'd beast get away. VERY IMPORTANT!!!
